Refund Policy

Effective June 17, 2026

We want Daystring to be something you are genuinely happy to pay for. This policy explains how trials, cancellations, and refunds work. If anything here is unclear, just email us and we will help.

Free trial

Daystring starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to begin, and you are not charged during the trial. You can stop at any time before the trial ends and you will owe nothing.

Subscriptions (monthly and annual)

• You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it in full.
• Accidental or duplicate charges are always refunded.

Lifetime purchase

The one-time lifetime purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Daystring is not right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

How to request a refund

Email jeff@pavetalent.com from the address on your account and tell us what happened. We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days to appear.

Payments

Payments are handled by our authorized payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Your billing statement may show that provider's name. Refunds are issued through the same provider.
