These terms govern your use of Daystring (the "Service"). By signing in, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Daystring is a personal to-do and daily planning app. It is offered as is and is actively being developed, so features may change, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable.
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under your account. Use an account you are authorized to use, and keep your device and credentials secure.
Your content is yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display it back to you so the Service can function. We do not claim ownership of your tasks or notes.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important; an export option is provided in the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daystring and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for it in the prior twelve months (which, for a free account, is zero).
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe creates risk for the Service or other users.
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
